We are highly experienced land surveying company, specializing in detail surveys. From straightforward projects like identification surveys for conveyancing, interactive floor plans for real estate, or boundary surveys for fencing, to complicated large scale site redevelopment and complex set outs for construction, we have the experience and expertise to deliver.
We have over 50 Staff including Registered and Graduate Land Surveyors, Specialist Engineering and Construction Surveyors, Survey Technicians, Assistants and Trainees, Management and Admin/Support Staff.
Our field personnel are equipped with the appropriate PPE and are trained and certified for OHS Construction Induction; the required certification for any person working in the construction industry. Our team is professionally qualified, and our experience and expertise covers a wide range of surveying disciplines. We specialize in commercial and council development projects ranging from small restaurant sites to large campuses. Much of our experience has come from collaborating with engineering professionals. These partnerships have taught us how to provide a solid foundation for design professionals to conveniently and accurately generate drawings. Our thorough office drafting and a steadfast QC/QA process ensures accurate fieldwork.
Another very important service we provide is our GPS/GIS services. We currently have ten dual frequency GPS receivers, allowing us to transfer elevations almost instantly and over great distances. As a normal course of business, we put every job on State Plane coordinates and elevations. With our Real Time Kinematic GPS technology, our crews can double the production of a standard survey crew. That means that our crews can produce work more cost effectively and efficiently, and bring in the project on schedule and within the budget.
